SAP Ariba Lead Consultant / Solution Architect

Nocko Global Solutions is looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Lead Consultant / Solution Architect to lead a large end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong functional knowledge of SAP Ariba combined with the ability to drive solution design, workshops, integration coordination, implementation governance and overall delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment and hypercare.
Conduct business workshops and translate procurement requirements into scalable Ariba solutions.
Own the overall Ariba solution architecture and To-Be Procure-to-Pay design.
Lead implementation across:
SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing
SAP Ariba Direct Sourcing
Supplier Lifecycle & Performance Management
SAP Ariba Commerce Automation
Catalog / Snap Buying
SAP Ariba Business Network
Design supplier registration, onboarding, qualification, approval and supplier master-management processes.
Lead direct and indirect sourcing scenarios including RFQ/RFP, technical and commercial evaluations, auctions, award processes and approval workflows.
Design catalog buying, requisitioning and procurement workflows.
Support end-to-end PO, order confirmation, ASN, service entry and invoice collaboration through Ariba Business Network.
Drive integration design between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA, including supplier masters, procurement transactions, POs, contracts and relevant master data. The project also includes SAP BW, corporate email and other external-system integration requirements.
Coordinate with S/4HANA, integration, BW and other technical teams.
Define data migration strategy for suppliers, catalogs, contracts, users, open PRs/POs and other applicable data.
Lead functional design, configuration governance, SIT, UAT, cutover and go-live readiness.
Support reporting, dashboards, security/roles, training, documentation and knowledge transfer.
Provide solution leadership during hypercare and transition to ongoing support.
Required Experience
Strong hands-on SAP Ariba implementation experience with multiple end-to-end projects.
Deep expertise in Ariba Sourcing and Supplier Management.
Good understanding of Ariba Buying/Commerce Automation and Ariba Business Network.
Strong knowledge of integration between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA, preferably using SAP Ariba CIG / Managed Gateway.
Strong understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay processes.
Experience designing complex approval workflows and procurement governance.
Experience with supplier onboarding, qualification, master-data synchronization and supplier lifecycle processes.
Understanding of catalogs, PO collaboration, ASN, SES and invoice integration.
Experience leading requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis and solution design.
Ability to independently engage with senior business, procurement and IT stakeholders.
Strong documentation and delivery-management skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in complex or regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences or manufacturing would be highly advantageous, particularly around supplier qualification, QA/compliance controls and direct-material procurement. The scope includes category-specific qualification, quality/regulatory gates, certificates, supplier audits and BOM-driven direct procurement. Experience with SAP BW reporting and OpenText VIM integration would also be beneficial.
Role Expectations
This is not a configuration-only role. We are looking for someone capable of leading the engagement, challenging and validating requirements, proposing best-practice solutions, coordinating functional and technical workstreams, and taking ownership of the solution through implementation and go-live.
The project follows a complete lifecycle covering discovery, solution design, configuration/development, testing, migration, cutover, training and post-go-live support.
