Responsibilities:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
• Manages both internal and external communications, including developing the content for and producing written and visual communications.
• The internal portion of the work is focused on company-wide communications to employees related to organization values/strategy/performance and employee programs, policies, and tools.
• Manages the organization's day-to-day advertising/marketing, media relations, creative editorial, and design services.
• Advises top management on development of communications policies and advertising programs, and the management of public relations issues.
• Create strategies to increase employee awareness and promote productivity.
• Manage external communicate with the media and other interested parties for announce of business news and discuss organizational changes in a way that attempts to maintain a positive image of the company.
