Responsibilities:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
• Handle sustainability-related traceability activities, including collecting, checking, and maintaining data and supporting documents related to certified and sustainable raw materials and products.
• Maintain traceability records from raw material receipt, production, storage, and shipment to ensure the required information is complete and properly documented.
• Coordinate with relevant departments such as Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Logistics, Sales/Marketing, and Sustainability to collect and verify traceability data.
• Prepare and maintain traceability reports, mass balance records, transaction records, certificates, declarations, and other supporting documents required for sustainability certification and customer requirements.
• Support the verification of sustainability claims, including RSPO, ISCC, and other applicable sustainability schemes, to ensure that products are only claimed according to the applicable requirements.
• Follow up on discrepancies or missing information identified during traceability checks and coordinate with the relevant departments for correction.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing the required traceability documents, records, and supporting evidence.
• Monitor changes in sustainability requirements, customer requirements, and applicable procedures related to traceability, and communicate relevant updates to the concerned departments.
