Role Summary
The Field Sales Representative owns new-business sales for CarePredict's Resident Care Platform across an assigned Michigan territory. This is a quota-carrying, mostly in-person role: the rep builds relationships with senior housing operators runs the sales cycle from prospecting through close; and works closely with CarePredict's clinical and implementation teams to hand off new accounts smoothly. Success looks like a healthy, self-generated pipeline of Michigan senior care providers and consistent quota attainment on new-logo bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, identify, and qualify new senior housing operators across Michigan
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits with owners, administrators, and executive directors
Build and manage a territory pipeline in the CRM, forecasting accurately against monthly and quarterly quota
Develop tailored proposals and ROI cases using CarePredict outcomes data (billing capture, hospitalization reduction, staff efficiency)
Negotiate pricing and contract terms and manage the deal through legal and procurement to signature
Represent CarePredict at regional senior care conferences, trade shows, and association events
Maintain deep knowledge of the senior care market in Michigan, including competitors, reimbursement trends, and regulatory changes
Travel throughout the assigned Michigan territory as the primary mode of work (estimated 50-75% travel, mostly local/regional driving)
Qualifications
Required
3+ years of outside/field sales experience with a track record of quota attainment
Willingness and ability to travel daily throughout Michigan (valid driver's license and reliable vehicle)
Strong consultative selling and presentation skills, comfortable selling to owners and clinical/operations leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong CRM discipline and pipeline hygiene
Based in or near Michigan (Detroit metro, Grand Rapids, or Lansing area preferred for territory coverage)
