🌞 Job Overview
ETPL is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across solar EPC projects, O&M operations, finance, procurement, and digital marketing. The role involves transforming complex project and operational data into actionable insights that improve efficiency, performance, and profitability.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze data related to solar EPC projects, O&M performance, energy generation, and site-level KPIs
Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for management reporting
Track project progress, cost analysis, timelines, and resource utilization
Analyze plant performance, PR, CUF, downtime, and maintenance trends
Support finance and procurement teams with cost, billing, and vendor analysis
Automate routine MIS and reporting processes
Work with digital marketing team to analyze campaign performance and lead data
Present insights to leadership for strategic and operational decisions
🛠 Required Skills & Tools
Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas)
Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction
Experience with Power BI / Tableau dashboards
Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis (preferred)
Understanding of solar project data, EPC workflows, or O&M reporting is a strong plus
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
Experience in Renewable Energy / Infrastructure / EPC companies
Knowledge of MIS, ERP, CRM, or SCADA data integration
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
