📢 HIRING – REAL ESTATE SALES TEAM
We are looking for motivated and experienced professionals to join our Real Estate Sales Team.
🔹 Sales Manager
Experience: 4–8 years in sales, preferably 2–4 years in real estate
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets
Handle customer negotiations and closures
Monitor leads, site visits and follow-ups
Train and motivate sales executives
Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000/month + attractive incentives
🔹 Sales Executive
Experience: 1–4 years in sales, preferably real estate
Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and leads
Make calls and conduct regular follow-ups
Arrange and conduct site visits
Explain project details, pricing and payment plans
Convert leads into bookings and achieve targets
Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month + attractive incentives
