Operations Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a founding-team-adjacent operations role at a fast-growing consumer healthtech company, working directly with the founders with no management layers in between. Operations is the place where growth either compounds or breaks, and this role exists to make sure it compounds.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run core operational processes reliably day in, day out, executing pragmatically when something needs doing today.
- Build the processes, SOPs, and automations that allow volume to grow without headcount growing with it.
- Set up dashboards and KPI tracking that surface problems before customers notice them.
- Separate the critical priorities from the noise and keep the team focused on what actually matters.
- Work directly with founders across multiple operational domains, with full visibility into the product, numbers, and plan.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3 or more years running core operational processes at a fast-growing startup, consumer, e-commerce, marketplace, or healthcare company.
- A track record of building and deploying processes, SOPs, or automations that eliminate repetitive manual work.
- Hands-on experience with no-code automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Airtable, and/or AI workflows.
- Strong proficiency with KPIs, dashboards, and spreadsheet-based analysis.
- Generalist operational profile with hands-on execution across multiple domains; no middle-manager background.
- Fluent German (spoken and written) and strong English.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry environments is a plus.
- Scripting or programmatic automation experience beyond no-code tools is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary of EUR 60,000 to EUR 95,000 depending on seniority, plus equity. No visa sponsorship is available; local work authorization for Germany is required.
LOCATION
On-site, five days per week in Berlin, Germany. Relocation is welcome.
