Urgent Hiring – Graphic Designer & Video Editor

Full-Time | Remote | KPI-Based Role
Algorithm Think Digital (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a passionate, creative, responsible, and performance-driven Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing creative team.
This is a full-time remote position for someone who can independently handle graphic design, video editing, social media creatives, short-form content, and modern AI-assisted creative workflows.
Please apply only if you are comfortable with the starting salary of LKR 40,000 and can independently handle both Graphic Design and Video Editing
We are looking for someone who is serious about building a career in the creative industry—not simply someone who knows how to use design software.
Your Responsibilities
Design social media posts, ad creatives, banners, campaign materials, and digital content
Edit Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and advertising content
Create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
Work across multiple client brands while maintaining their individual visual identities
Use AI tools for image generation, video generation, content enhancement, and creative production
Follow content briefs and convert ideas into strong visual concepts
Complete assigned tasks within agreed deadlines
Handle revisions professionally and efficiently
Communicate progress, delays, and issues clearly with the team
Continuously improve your design, editing, AI, and creative skills
What We’re Looking For
Good Graphic Design skills
Good Video Editing skills
Experience with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software
Practical knowledge of AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Google Flow/Veo, Runway, Kling, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar platforms
Good understanding of social media content and digital advertising
Strong time-management and task-management skills
Ability to work with multiple clients and projects
Ability to meet deadlines without constant follow-up
Good communication and responsiveness during working hours
Strong work ethic and professional behaviour
Ability to accept feedback and complete revisions properly
Willingness to learn new tools, workflows, and creative techniques
Professionalism & Work Ethics
Because this is a fully remote role, professionalism and accountability are extremely important.

Salary & Growth
Starting Salary: LKR 40,000 per month
After becoming a permanent team member, the salary can increase to LKR 50,000+ per month, depending on:

Creativity
Work quality
Ability to meet deadlines
Adaptability
Speed of learning
Reliability
Overall contribution to the company
Strong performers may be considered for salary growth earlier based on performance.

Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
