About the Role
We’re looking for a curious, proactive and highly organised Influencer Marketing & Campaign Management Internto join our team in Mohali.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how influencer campaigns, branded content and productions actually come together — from ideation and creator coordination to production and final execution.
You’ll get the opportunity to work closely with creators, influencers, brands and production houses, gaining hands-on exposure to real campaigns rather than just assisting with backend tasks.
What You’ll Work On
• Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns
• Research and identify relevant influencers and creators for campaigns
• Coordinate with creators, managers and talent agencies
• Assist with campaign briefs, content requirements and deliverables
• Track campaign timelines, content submissions and approvals
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Support shoots and production-related activities
• Assist in managing campaign communication and documentation
• Monitor social media trends, creators and emerging content formats
• Contribute ideas for influencer-led content and digital campaigns
• Help ensure campaigns are delivered on time and as per brand requirements
What We’re Looking For
• 0–1 year of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, advertising or campaign management
• Freshers with a strong interest in the creator economy are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and the creator ecosystem
• Someone who actively follows social media trends, creators, entertainment and pop culture
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
• Prior agency, production house or creator-management experience is a plus
