Job Description – Store Executive / Senior Store Executive

Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Store Executive with strong knowledge of electrical panel manufacturing materials, store operations, inventory control, and material handling systems. The candidate must have hands-on experience in managing stores in a panel manufacturing environment, ensuring smooth inward, storage, issue, and stock control of all electrical and automation components.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
Manage complete inward and outward material movement in store.
Maintain proper storage of electrical components, panels, hardware, and consumables.
Ensure FIFO / batch-wise material handling.
Monitor material issue against production requirements.
Maintain physical stock accuracy daily.
Inventory Management
Maintain minimum stock and reorder levels.
Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counting.
Track slow-moving, non-moving, and critical inventory.
Coordinate with purchase department for shortages and urgent requirements.
Control excess inventory and avoid production stoppage.
Panel Manufacturing Material Knowledge
Candidate must have practical knowledge of:
PLC materials
VFD materials
MCC panel components
Control panel accessories
Cable glands, lugs, ferrules
Busbar materials
Relays, contactors, MCB, MCCB
Terminals, wiring accessories
Panel hardware items
Documentation & System Control
Maintain GRN, inward register, issue slips, stock reports.
ERP / Excel-based inventory management.
Vendor material receiving verification.
Maintain store records for audit purpose.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams.
Team Coordination
Guide store assistants and helpers.
Ensure discipline and systematic material arrangement.
Support production team for urgent material requirements.
Required Skills
Strong store management knowledge
Inventory planning
Material coding system understanding
ERP / Excel proficiency
Knowledge of electrical panel BOM
Material identification skill
Good coordination ability
Strong discipline and accountability
Qualification
Graduate / Diploma preferred
Additional certification in inventory/store management preferred

Expected Candidate Profile
10–12 years practical store handling experience in panel manufacturing industry
Able to independently manage full store operations
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical materials
Capable of reducing material loss and improving stock accuracy
