Partner with Sales to monitor delivery, pacing, and performance against contracted goals and client KPIs; proactively troubleshoot issues, implement optimizations, and escalate risks when needed.
Prepare and communicate internal and client-facing performance reports, including wrap reports that highlight results, insights, top-performing elements, and recommended next steps.
Support account retention and growth by identifying client needs, sharing campaign insights, forecasting fulfillment and revenue impacts, and contributing to improvements in EHS products, services, and processes.

Working knowledge of direct and programmatic media buying, ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, third-party tags, targeting, and digital advertising standards and metrics such as CPM, CPUV, SOV, and IAB formats.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify risks and opportunities, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Salesforce, and campaign, task-management, reporting, or analytics platforms used to manage accounts and communicate results.
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients and build effective relationships across internal teams.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable, with strong time and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and changing priorities.
