Job Purpose and Role
We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Sales Manager to help grow our recruitment and staffing business. This is a hands-on role for someone who can drive sales, create momentum, and produce results. We are looking for a strong seller who is confident on the phone, comfortable owning revenue targets, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
Industry or recruitment experience is helpful but not required. We care more about sales ability, leadership mindset, confidence, and production.
Key Responsibilities
Drive New Business Growth
Generate new client opportunities and grow company revenue
Conduct outbound business development activities including calls, prospecting, follow-ups, and relationship building
Lead sales conversations with confidence and professionalism
Convert opportunities into long-term client partnerships
Sales Leadership & Execution
Take ownership of sales performance and revenue generation
Help strengthen and grow the company’s sales function
Contribute ideas and strategies that improve sales execution and results
Client Development
Build relationships with business owners, hiring managers, leadership teams, and decision makers
Understand client hiring needs and position recruitment / staffing services accordingly
Support long-term account growth and client satisfaction
Collaboration & Performance Tracking
Work closely with team on sales goals, pipeline visibility, and business growth initiatives
Maintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline management, and reporting
Operate with a strong performance mindset tied to measurable outcomes
Qualifications
Required
Proven success in sales, business development, account growth, or sales leadership
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Highly confident and comfortable conducting conversations by phone
Demonstrated ability to meet targets and produce measurable results
Preferred but Not Required
Sales management or team leadership experience
Experience in recruitment, staffing, B2B services, or professional services sales
Experience building pipelines, generating opportunities, and closing business
