Role Description The Student Enrolment Advisor is a full-time remote role responsible for guiding prospective learners through the entire enrollment process. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries via email, chat, and video calls, explaining program offerings, admission requirements, and schedules, and helping applicants choose suitable courses based on their background and goals. The Advisor will conduct student counseling sessions, follow up with leads, maintain accurate records in enrollment systems, and collaborate with the academic and marketing teams to improve the prospective student experience. This role also involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with onboarding of newly enrolled students, and contributing feedback on enrollment processes and communication materials.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse students and stakeholders.
Experience in student counseling or advising, with a focus on guiding individuals in educational or career decisions.
Clear and professional communication skills, including written and verbal communication in English.
Background or familiarity with education environments, training programs, or online learning platforms.
Customer service skills, including responsiveness, empathy, and problem-solving in student-facing interactions.
Comfort working remotely with proficiency in common digital tools (video conferencing, CRM or enrollment systems, email, and messaging platforms).
Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet enrollment timelines and targets.
Completed Bachelor’s degree. Education, Counseling, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Interest in technology or STEM education, and willingness to learn about quantum computing and related fields.
