Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing all financial operations and strategy for Capital Complete Solutions. The CFO will lead financial planning and budgeting processes, manage cash flow, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and financial statements. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring key financial metrics, analyzing business performance, and providing insights to support decision-making and growth initiatives. The CFO will work closely with senior leadership to develop long-term financial strategies, assess investment opportunities, and maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. This role also involves building and maintaining relationships with external financial partners, such as banks, advisors, and auditors, while implementing systems and controls that support scalable, efficient operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance expertise, including experience in corporate finance and cash flow management.
Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and budgeting to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Candidates should possess experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including regulatory and management reporting.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risk, and provide clear recommendations.
Demonstrated experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably in professional services, property, or related sectors.
Proficiency with modern accounting and financial management systems, and strong Excel skills.
Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) and a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and support a growing business.
