Role Description
This is a commission-based, self-employed role for current students at UK universities, worked flexibly around your studies. As a University Brand Representative, you will be the face of Lios on your campus: representing the brand, bringing in sign-ups and followers, and spreading the word among the students it is built for.
The role is built around initiative. There is no script and no one checking your hours. You decide how best to reach your campus, whether through societies, events or word of mouth, and you make it happen. The more business you bring in, the more you earn. The pay structure is discussed in detail as you progress through the hiring process.
You will receive business cards tailored to you and if you have a plan to grow Lios on your campus and can make the case for it, you can apply for company funds to put it into action. You will work directly with the founder, and what you hear on the ground will shape how the platform and its messaging develop.
Qualifications
Hunger and initiative above all: you spot an opportunity and act on it without being asked.
A current student at a UK university, with time to commit alongside your studies.
Financially driven: motivated by earning more the more business you bring in.
Responsible and trustworthy: you represent the brand in person, and may be trusted with company funds for plans you can justify.
Confident talking to people, one to one or to a room full of students.
Keen to gain real experience inside an early-stage tech start-up, earn extra money and build a network while you do it.
Experience in societies, events, sales or ambassador roles is an advantage but not required.
