We are looking for experienced sales professionals to join our team as Business Development Managers. In this role, you will work directly with prospective clients, identify their needs, present financial protection solutions, and help guide clients through the sales process.
This opportunity is within the life insurance and financial services industry, with access to products from more than 25 industry-leading carriers.
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Connect with prospective clients who have requested information
Conduct client consultations and needs analysis
Present appropriate life insurance and financial protection solutions
Develop strategies to improve sales activity and production
Monitor sales performance and work toward established goals
Assist clients through the application process
Provide guidance and support to newer sales professionals
Maintain accurate records and follow regulatory requirements
Develop and maintain strong business relationships

What We’re Looking For
Previous sales, business development, or leadership experience

Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Goal-oriented and results-focused
Ability to work independently and manage sales activity
Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one
Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% performance-based compensation. There is no base salary or cap on earnings.
Potential earnings for experienced agents: $150,000–$200,000, based on production.
Additional incentives and bonuses may be available based on production.
