About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to lead, coach, and support a team of independent sales professionals. This role focuses on helping agents develop their sales skills, reach their production goals, and build strong client relationships.
We are partnered with over 25 industry-leading carriers, giving our agents access to a wide range of products designed to meet their clients’ needs.
What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and support sales agents
Help agents set and achieve sales and production goals
Provide ongoing sales training and guidance
Assist agents with sales presentations and client consultations
Help agents develop effective prospecting and follow-up strategies
Monitor sales activity and team performance
Build strong relationships with agents and clients
Support agents through the sales and application process
Maintain accurate records and follow regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Sales or sales management experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to coach, motivate, and support sales professionals
Strong leadership and relationship management skills
Goal-oriented with the ability to track and improve sales performance
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one
Ability to work remotely
