Growth Marketing Strategist – Strategy + Execution

I’m looking for an experienced growth marketer to help develop and execute marketing strategies for two different initiatives.
You must be able to speak English fluently.
1. Lead Generation for a Marketing Agency
The first initiative is generating qualified leads for a marketing agency.
There is no predetermined acquisition strategy yet. We may use:
Meta Ads
Google Ads
ChatGPT Ads
Facebook Groups and community posting
Outreach or other acquisition channels
A combination of multiple strategies
The goal is to develop different approaches, test them, analyze the results, and continuously adjust based on what we learn.
2. Building a Free Community
The second initiative is growing a free community within a specific niche.
This will require developing a strategy for consistently attracting the right people into the community and increasing membership.
Potential strategies may include:
Meta Ads
ChatGPT Ads
Google Ads
Organic Facebook Group strategies
Partnerships
Content distribution
Other creative acquisition methods
Again, there is no single predetermined strategy. We need someone who can help us develop the approach, test different ideas, and determine what works.
What I'm Looking For
I need someone who can contribute to both strategy and execution.
You should be comfortable researching a market, understanding the target audience, identifying different ways to reach them, developing tests, launching those tests, reviewing the results, and determining what we should try next.
You should also have strong hands-on experience using paid advertising platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
I'm not looking for someone who only develops strategies and hands them off to someone else.
Responsibilities
Help develop acquisition strategies for both initiatives
Research the target markets and audiences
Identify marketing channels worth testing
Develop structured marketing experiments
Build and manage campaigns on Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms
Help test emerging channels such as ChatGPT Ads
Explore organic and community-based acquisition strategies
Analyze performance and acquisition data
Identify what is working and what is not
Recommend and execute changes based on results
Continuously develop new tests as we learn more
Ideal Person
You should be:
Strong in both strategy and hands-on execution
Experienced with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Comfortable developing a strategy from scratch
Comfortable testing channels without an established playbook
Analytical and able to interpret marketing data
Able to develop hypotheses and test them
Willing to change direction based on results
Experienced with lead generation and customer acquisition
Interested in community growth and alternative acquisition strategies
Proactive about bringing new ideas to the table
This is not a one-time campaign setup, audit, or consulting project.
I'm looking for someone who can work alongside me over time to develop the strategies, execute them, learn from the results, and continue improving both initiatives.
This will be about 20 hours a week $10-$15 an hour.
