Role Description The Interior Designer will work full time, on-site in the Pune Division, collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop functional and visually appealing interior spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients to understand requirements, creating design concepts and layouts, preparing detailed drawings and material specifications, and coordinating FF&E selections. The role involves supervising site execution, aligning contractors and vendors with design intent, monitoring quality, and ensuring projects are completed within timelines and budgets. The Interior Designer will also prepare presentations, mood boards, and 3D views as needed, and support continuous improvement of design standards and processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Architecture skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into practical, creative solutions.
Candidates should possess Space Planning skills to optimize layouts for functionality, circulation, and aesthetics in residential and commercial environments.
Candidates should possess Construction Drawings skills, including the ability to produce detailed plans, sections, and elevations for execution.
Candidates should possess FF&E skills, including selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, finishes, and equipment aligned with design concepts and budgets.
Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with 3D visualization tools.
Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly and collaborate with contractors and vendors.
Attention to detail, site coordination experience, and a portfolio demonstrating residential and/or commercial interior projects.
