With a dedicated Tool and Die making facility at Plant I in Chakan near Pune, Assertive Industries supports end-to-end manufacturing needs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Consultant role based in Pune. The Marketing Consultant will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote machined aluminum casting, fixtures, and tool and die services to existing and potential clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, supporting sales initiatives, and preparing marketing materials and presentations. The role involves collaborating closely with production, sales, and management teams to align marketing plans with business goals and customer requirements. The Marketing Consultant will also monitor campaign performance, maintain customer relationships, and contribute to long-term brand positioning in the manufacturing sector.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to develop strategies, support business development, and promote company services.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and track marketing initiatives and related activities.
Relevant experience in B2B industrial or manufacturing marketing is beneficial.
Ability to analyze market data, prepare reports, and use basic marketing tools and software is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work on-site with cross-functional teams are important.
