Lead Generator
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
* Research companies and identify potential decision-makers and prospects.
* Send personalized cold emails to prospective clients.
* Follow up consistently with leads through calls and emails.
* Qualify leads based on the company’s target customer profile.
* Book qualified appointments and meetings for the sales team.
* Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM.
* Track outreach activities, responses, and appointments.
* Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential prospects.
* Meet daily and weekly outreach and appointment-setting targets.
Requirements
* 2–5 years of experience in lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting, or business development.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
* Strong research and prospecting skills.
* Ability to write professional and engaging emails.
* Persistent and confident when following up with prospects.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Experience using CRM, email outreach, LinkedIn, or lead-generation tools is an asset.
* Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
