Role Description This is a full-time Store Assistant role based in Lucknow, structured as a hybrid position with some work-from-home flexibility for designated tasks. On a day-to-day basis, the Store Assistant will greet and assist customers, respond to product inquiries, and support retail sales activities such as presenting items, processing transactions, and handling returns or exchanges. The role includes maintaining organized and clean store displays, managing basic inventory tasks such as stock replenishment and checking product availability, and ensuring that store guidelines and procedures are followed. The Store Assistant will also support training and onboarding of new team members as needed, collaborate with colleagues to meet sales and service targets, and complete administrative or reporting tasks that may be performed remotely.

Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential.
