Technical Project Manager

At Rootstack, we’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects and digital products.
Key Requirements
2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
Upper-intermediate English (B2) to participate in meetings and communicate with international clients.
Experience managing software development projects and working closely with technical teams.
Experience with Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
Understanding of software development processes, system integrations, APIs, and software technologies.
Ability to define, prioritize, and track requirements and initiatives.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of software projects and digital products.
Define priorities and coordinate the backlog with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Ensure projects meet established timelines, scope, quality standards, and objectives.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
Coordinate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers, developing mitigation plans when necessary.
Monitor project progress through KPIs and status reports.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and promote continuous optimization.
Ensure delivered solutions generate business value and provide a positive user experience.
