Outbound Account Executive - POS

Job Description
We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to lead outbound new-business sales to merchants not currently on Wix . You’ll be responsible for driving new business, managing the sales cycle from prospect to close, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
On a day-to-day basis you will:
Run a full-cycle outbound motion - prospecting, qualifying, and closing new, non-Wix merchants across Wix Premium and Wix POS products.
Conduct product discovery and demo calls to understand merchant needs and showcase Wix’s unified commerce capabilities
Work closely with our Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and be the true voice of the customer
Work closely with onboarding specialists to ensure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding to activation
Stay on top of retail trends, payment technologies, and competitor offerings
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
2+ years of full-cycle outbound SaaS sales experience, with a preference for an eCommerce, solution selling, point-of-sale or payments background
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A hunter's mentality and have a successful track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals and client-focused KPIs
Excellent project management and organization skills that will allow you to manage a large pipeline and client buying journeys
You’re comfortable operating in ambiguity, thrive in an ever-changing environment, and want to be a part of helping to write the playbook instead of sitting back and executing

As Wix’s Point of Sale team we are responsible for the solution that brings on-premise technology to businesses at scale. Wix provides a complete unified commerce solution, including hardware, payment processing, and management platform that allows brick-and-mortar businesses to unify and manage their online and in person sales in a single solution.
Approximate base compensation 70,000$ -90,000$. In addition to the base pay, this role includes variable compensation earned and company RSUs as part of the compensation package. The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location, shift, and/or candidate experience.
