Position: Patient Care Coordinator
Location: Fully Remote (Only Open to Candidates in Latin America - Expats welcome)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $1039.98 USD/month ($6.00 USD/hour)

Key Responsibilities
Outbound Outreach: Initiate warm, professional outbound calls to patients using contact numbers provided by our client.
Patient Support: Communicate empathetically and effectively, ensuring patients feel heard, understood, and properly guided.
Diligent Follow-Up: Manage ongoing patient communication by following up as required to close out open inquiries.
Accurate Documentation: Record all call outcomes and detailed patient responses promptly in the internal database.
What You Bring (Requirements)
Professional Background: At least 2+ years of recent experience in Patient Care Coordination, Patient Outreach, Medical Cold Calling, or Healthcare Customer Service.
Availability: Must be available to start immediately upon hire.
Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to navigate call systems and thoroughly document patient interactions.
Language & Communication: Advanced English speaking and written communication skills.
Location: Must currently reside in Latin America.
