Internal Operations Manager (INS838)

We're looking for an Internal Operations Manager to keep our systems, people, and processes aligned as we scale. You will oversee internal operations, manage performance workflows, streamline communication between departments, and bring the discipline and structure of someone who has managed high-volume teams in a BPO or SDR management environment.
This role requires a sharp, organized operator who thrives in structure but can handle the pace and ambiguity of startup growth. If you have experience managing SDRs or outbound teams at a BPO, you understand what it takes to hold people accountable to metrics, build repeatable processes, and keep a distributed team moving without constant oversight. What You'll Work On
Internal Operations and Process Management
Oversee daily internal operations and ensure workflows are efficient, documented, and running without gaps
Create and maintain SOPs, performance dashboards, and process documentation across departments
Identify and resolve bottlenecks or communication gaps between recruitment, finance, and marketing teams
Manage tools and data tracking across Notion, Airtable, and Slack
Team Performance and Accountability
Manage and hold internal team members accountable to performance metrics and activity targets
Build and maintain performance tracking systems that surface issues before they become problems
Run structured daily or weekly check-ins and ensure team members are hitting their targets consistently
Apply BPO-style discipline to productivity management without sacrificing the startup operating pace
SDR and Outbound Team Operations
Oversee SDR or outbound team workflows including activity tracking, pipeline hygiene, and cadence management
Build and enforce outreach standards, scripts, and quality benchmarks
Monitor SDR performance data and provide structured coaching and feedback
Coordinate between SDR team leads and leadership to ensure targets are clearly communicated and tracked
Reporting and Alignment
Support onboarding, internal reporting, and weekly operations meetings
Surface performance insights, blockers, and risks to leadership proactively
Maintain organized internal records and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
What You Bring
4 or more years of experience in operations, project management, or business administration
Proven experience managing SDRs or outbound sales teams at a BPO or similar high-volume environment — this is a strong differentiating qualification for this role
Track record of building and enforcing performance accountability systems across a distributed team
Excellent organizational and systems thinking skills with strong documentation habits
Strong communication skills across both written and verbal channels
Experience with project and operations tools such as Notion, Airtable, Asana, or ClickUp
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work independently without needing close oversight
Nice to Have
Background in recruitment, HR, or EOR services
Familiarity with process automation tools or performance dashboard management
Experience supporting distributed or globally remote teams
Prior experience scaling internal operations at a startup or fast-growth company
