Product Manager (BBS839)

We're looking for a Product Manager to work across the full product lifecycle at a fast-moving AI product company building an operating stack for medium-size business operators. Depending on your English fluency, time zone, and skill set, this role spans from gathering customer requirements and shaping product direction all the way through to building and deploying AI tools and skills that fulfill those requirements.
AI fluency is the default expectation here. We are not looking for someone who executes manual tasks inside existing workflows. We want someone who uses AI tools naturally, can identify where AI can replace or improve a process, and can build the automations and skills that make that happen. If you are comfortable spanning product thinking and hands-on AI implementation, and you take genuine ownership of what you build, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On
Customer Discovery and Requirements Gathering
Talk directly with customers to understand their operational needs, pain points, and current workflows
Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable product briefs and AI skill specifications
Identify gaps between what customers need and what currently exists, and prioritize what to build next
Maintain a feedback loop between customer insights and product and engineering decisions
AI Tool and Skill Development
Build, configure, and improve AI skills and automations that fulfill customer requirements
Work with AI platforms, agents, and tooling to create systems that replace manual or consultant-dependent processes
Test and iterate on AI-powered features and workflows based on real usage and performance data
Identify opportunities where AI can improve speed, accuracy, or output quality across the product suite
Product Operations and Execution
Own the delivery of product initiatives from requirement through deployment
Coordinate with internal teams to keep builds on track and aligned with customer expectations
Document processes, specs, and AI skill configurations clearly enough for others to build on
Continuously look for ways to improve existing products and workflows using AI and automation
What You Bring
Genuine AI fluency — you use AI tools as a natural part of how you work, not occasionally or experimentally
Experience in product management, product operations, or a similar role that required both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Ability to gather customer requirements and translate them into clear product or technical specifications
Comfortable building or configuring AI tools, automations, or workflows rather than only describing what should be built
Strong written English communication skills for documentation, customer interaction, and async collaboration
Self-directed with strong follow-through and the ability to own an initiative from start to shipped
Nice to Have
Experience building with LLMs, AI agents, Claude, or similar AI development tooling
Background in a product or operations role at a software, SaaS, or AI company
Familiarity with paid media, CMS platforms, or video analytics as product domains
Experience working directly with customers in a discovery or success capacity
Prior experience in a startup or early-stage company where the scope evolved quickly
