Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Mines role located in Beawar. The role involves overseeing and managing daily mining operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Responsibilities include monitoring resource extraction, optimizing processes, supervising teams, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments to meet production goals. Additionally, the role includes handling equipment maintenance and ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Mining Operations, Production Planning, and Mineral Extraction processes
Knowledge of Safety Standards, Environmental Regulations, and Compliance Protocols
Experience in Team Supervision, Resource Management, and Equipment Maintenance
Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making skills
Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
Knowledge of advanced mining technologies and software tools is beneficial
Ability to work effectively in an on-site, high-demand environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
