Vice President Operations Services

Role Description The Vice President, Operations Services is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational performance across Sapius Inc.’s healthcare technology platforms. This role leads the design, implementation, and optimization of processes that support secure, compliant, and scalable service delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing operational teams, monitoring key performance indicators, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring alignment with strategic and financial goals. The Vice President will collaborate closely with product, technology, finance, and customer-facing teams to improve efficiency, manage risk, and enhance client and partner experience. This position also drives continuous improvement efforts, establishes best practices, and supports planning for growth in diverse global markets.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management skills, including process design, optimization, and service delivery in a technology or healthcare environment.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret data, build metrics and dashboards, and inform decision-making and performance improvement.
Experience in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and aligning operational plans with financial objectives.
Proven Team Management capabilities, with experience leading diverse, remote teams and fostering collaboration and accountability.
Expertise in Strategic Planning, with a track record of setting operational strategy, managing complex initiatives, and supporting organizational growth.
Background in health technology, digital health, or healthcare operations; familiarity with HIPAA and regulatory compliance is preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.
Advanced degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
