Role Overview: The Dealer Relations Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Honda and Acura dealers within a designated Arizona territory.
Key Responsibilities: Promote sales and ensure program compliance of AHFC products, develop dealer profitability and customer retention strategies, serve as a liaison with Honda Motor, and support regional goals.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree preferred, with 5-7 years of experience in consumer finance and indirect sales. Knowledge of lease and loan systems, auto dealer finance operations, and sales training is essential. Must be organized, results-driven, and capable of problem-solving.
Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license, willingness to travel 50%, and prior supervisory experience preferred.
Work Environment: Primarily remote with travel, provided with a company vehicle, and equipped with necessary technology.
