Recruitment Manager

Office Beacon is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment function in Vadodara. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, leading a recruitment team, partnering with business leaders on workforce requirements, and driving recruitment strategies that support business growth.
About the Role
As Recruitment Manager, you will oversee both the strategic and operational aspects of talent acquisition. You will lead a recruitment team, manage high-volume and specialized hiring, monitor recruitment performance, and work closely with Operations, HR, and leadership to ensure hiring needs are effectively addressed.
The role will also contribute to recruitment marketing, employer branding, candidate experience, process improvement, and recruitment analytics.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-volume and specialized roles.
• Manage, coach, and develop the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Partner with business leaders and Operations to forecast hiring requirements.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
• Lead recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
• Monitor job board performance, recruitment campaigns, social media engagement, and candidate pipelines.
• Improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
• Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and global teams to align candidate requirements and hiring decisions.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable labor laws, data privacy regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of progressive recruitment experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a recruitment leadership or managerial role.
• Strong experience in BPO or shared services environments.
• Experience managing recruitment teams and high-volume hiring.
• Experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, recruitment platforms, and analytics tools.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational execution.
• Good understanding of digital recruitment channels and talent attraction strategies.
