Role Overview
As an RN Ambulatory Cont, you will provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. You¿ll utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while effectively communicating with the healthcare team. This role is essential in ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care in an ambulatory setting.

What You Will Do
Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and teaching.
Delegate, supervise, and document care for patients and their families.
Effectively communicate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Demonstrate clinical competence and maintain current clinical knowledge in your area of specialty.

What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
Current BLS or ACLS per HFHS policy.
Successful completion of HFMG Pharmacology test.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Preferred experience in the specialty.
