Integration Developer (Coupa CLM)

Orokyn is looking for an Integration Developer with hands-on Coupa CLM experience.
Job description:
You will configure and customise Coupa CLM for buy-side contract management, working from requirements provided by Orokyn. The role centres on setting up a contract management process that is reliable, easy to use, and aligned with how the business requests, approves, and signs its contracts.
You will work closely with the Orokyn team throughout, translating business requirements into working configuration and supporting users as the platform goes live.
• Configure contract request forms, approval workflows, contract types, custom fields, and templates, so that each contract follows the right path from request to signature.
• Set up e-signature integration and enable Contract Intelligence within the platform.
• Test forms and workflows end to end, and support user acceptance testing by making configuration adjustments as feedback comes in.
• Provide post go-live support, including issue resolution and minor configuration changes, to keep the platform running smoothly.
• Work in line with Coupa standards and best practices throughout the configuration.
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Coupa CLM.
• A working understanding of contract lifecycle processes, including requests, approvals, and templates.
• Familiarity with Coupa Contract Intelligence.
• Experience integrating e-signature tools such as DocuSign or Adobe Sign.
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing and post go-live issue resolution.
• Previous experience working with US-based clients.
• Clear communication and the ability to work independently in a remote, contract setup.
