Role Description The Senior Executive Vice President is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading company-wide strategy, growth, and operational excellence. This position directs long-term business planning, establishes organizational goals, and oversees key initiatives across technology, operations, and market expansion. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with founders and senior leaders, reviewing performance metrics, guiding cross-functional teams, and making data-informed decisions that drive revenue and scalability. The role also involves building strategic partnerships, supporting fundraising and investor relations, and representing the company in high-level external engagements. The Senior Executive Vice President ensures that Pizza Broski’s culture, values, and standards are consistently reflected in policies, processes, and outcomes.
Qualifications
Demonstrated executive leadership experience in fast-growing startups, technology, food-tech, or multi-location retail environments.
Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and scaling operations across multiple markets.
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
Experience overseeing cross-functional teams (operations, technology, marketing, and finance) and aligning them around shared objectives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including work with investors, partners, and senior teams.
Comfort with remote leadership, digital collaboration tools, and managing distributed teams.
Background in automation, robotics, or data-driven process optimization is highly beneficial.
Advanced degree in business, management, or related field preferred, or equivalent leadership experience.
