Agiloft CLM Support Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agiloft CLM Support Consultant to provide ongoing support, administration, configuration, and enhancement services for an existing Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation. The consultant will work closely with business users, legal teams, procurement teams, and IT stakeholders to ensure platform stability, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for Agiloft CLM platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, workflow issues, and user-reported incidents.
Configure and maintain Agiloft workflows, forms, business rules, and approval processes.
Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security settings.
Support contract lifecycle processes including authoring, approval, execution, and renewals.
Perform system administration, data maintenance, and platform optimization.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather enhancement requirements.
Support integrations with enterprise systems and troubleshoot interface issues.
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics as needed.
Participate in release management, testing, and deployment activities.
Provide user training and documentation support.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Agiloft CLM experience.
Experience supporting production Agiloft environments.
Strong understanding of CLM processes and contract management workflows.
Experience with Agiloft configuration, workflows, forms, and business rules.
Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and data migration processes.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a support-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Agiloft certification.
Experience supporting Legal, Procurement, or Vendor Management teams.
Experience with SQL, reporting, and data analysis.
Experience working with global teams and US stakeholders.
