Coupa Functional / Support Consultant

Location: Offshore (India Preferred)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Coupa Consultant to support and enhance our Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform. The consultant will work with procurement, finance, and business teams to support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, manage configurations, and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional support for Coupa Procurement and P2P processes.
Troubleshoot user issues and resolve production support tickets.
Configure and maintain suppliers, catalogs, approval workflows, and procurement processes.
Support requisition, purchase order, invoicing, expense, and payment workflows.
Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
Support testing, deployments, and release activities.
Monitor integrations between Coupa and ERP systems.
Assist with data validation, reporting, and process optimization.
Create user documentation and training materials.
Participate in enhancement and implementation projects.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Coupa experience.
Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Experience in Coupa configuration and support.
Experience handling production support activities and ticket management.
Understanding of procurement, purchasing, supplier management, and invoicing processes.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Coupa certification.
Experience with ERP integrations such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, or NetSuite.
Knowledge of Supplier Information Management (SIM) and Invoice Management.
Experience working in global support environments.
