What You Ll Be Doing
Guide engineering and research teams on systems-level optimization and runtime performance topics
Design challenging performance engineering and systems programming tasks across multiple specializations
Write accurate and well-structured solutions for low-level optimization problems
Evaluate technical tasks and provide detailed written feedback on performance engineering solutions
Develop evaluation frameworks for systems design quality, profiling methodology, and memory optimization
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in AI training data
What We Re Looking For
Strong experience in performance engineering, systems programming, or low-level optimization
Strong experience in C++ for performance-critical systems
Strong experience in Python for profiling, benchmarking, and tooling workflows
Strong experience in Rust for systems-level or safety-critical performance contexts is a plus
Demonstrated success in improving latency, throughput, or memory optimization in production systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in systems optimization
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in written form
Ability to work consistently during weekdays in a remote environment
