Deep expertise in complex manufacturing processes, engineering-driven production, and SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing capabilities, with hands-on experience implementing SAP DM in Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Make-to-Order (MTO), Make-to-Stock or complex process & discrete based manufacturing environments.
Experience with RISE with SAP transformation programs.
Experience of Working in Global template deployment projects
Strong understanding of: Cloud Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), production automation, and integrating these systems with SAP's core ERP modules

Role: SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Consultant
10+ years of SAP Manufacturing experience, including 7+ years in SAP Production Planning (PP) and execution processes.
Minimum three full-cycle SAP implementations, including at least two SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing implementations.
Strong expertise in Discrete Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing, Repetitive Manufacturing, and batch-managed production processes.
Hands-on configuration experience with material masters, BOMs, work centers/resources, routings, master recipes, production versions, and PRTs.
Expertise in demand management, MRP Live, production and process orders, repetitive manufacturing, capacity planning, confirmations, goods movements, and settlement integration.
Strong experience with Batch Management, classification, batch determination, shelf-life management, and batch traceability.
Experience with PP/DS for detailed scheduling, finite capacity planning, heuristics, setup optimization, and alert monitoring.
Integration experience with MM, SD, EWM, QM, PM/EAM, Product Costing, TM, and SAP Digital Manufacturing or third-party MES.
Experience supporting data migration, interfaces, functional specifications, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Activate, global template deployment, and manufacturing process standardization
Role: SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Planning Solution Architect
12+ years of SAP Manufacturing and Supply Chain experience with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Planning and embedded PP/DS.
Minimum three end-to-end SAP planning implementations, including solution architecture ownership on at least one global SAP S/4HANA transformation.
Expertise in demand management, PIRs, MRP Live, MRP areas, planning strategies, lot sizing, safety stock, lead-time scheduling, and exception management.
Strong experience with embedded PP/DS covering product heuristics, production planning runs, detailed scheduling, finite capacity planning, optimization, pegging, and alert monitoring.
Experience designing planning for Discrete, Process, Repetitive, Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, Engineer-to-Order, configurable, batch-managed, and subcontracting scenarios.
Deep knowledge of BOMs, recipes, routings, work centers/resources, production versions, PDS generation, quotas, source determination, calendars, shifts, and setup matrices.
Experience with capacity evaluation, bottleneck management, sequencing, setup optimization, campaign planning, model-mix planning, and alternate resources or sources of supply.
Strong integration experience with Sales and Operations Planning, SAP IBP, aATP, Procurement, EWM, Manufacturing Execution, Quality, Plant Maintenance, Product Costing, and Transportation.
Experience defining planning master-data governance, segmentation, planning horizons, freeze periods, time fences, planning policies, and planner work practices.
Experience with SAP Fiori planning applications, analytics, alerts, background jobs, workflows, interfaces, enhancements, and SAP BTP integration patterns.
