Senior Engineer – Workday Solutions Engineer (Core HCM)
Location: Irvine, CA | Experience: 7–10 Years
Key Requirements:
4–8+ years of hands-on Workday HCM/Core HCM experience.
Strong expertise in Workday Security Model, including role-based, domain, and business process security.
Experience with Business Processes, Notifications, User/Role-Based Groups, Condition Rules, and Event Triggers.
Hands-on Application Management Services (AMS) experience.
Experience conducting security/access reviews and audit readiness assessments.
Basic understanding of the Workday Recruiting module.
Ability to identify security gaps, assess business/compliance risks, and document remediation plans.
Collaborate with HR, IT Security, and Audit teams to maintain secure and governed Workday environments.
Bachelor’s degree required.
