Roles & Responsibilities
Platform Administration:
• Serve as the primary technical SME for the NinjaOne platform.
• Design, configure, maintain, and optimize NinjaOne deployments.
• Manage tenancy, policies, organizations, roles/ permissions, and security options.
• Maintain platform health, performance, and operational effectiveness.
• Platform governance.
Endpoint Management:
• Manage endpoint monitoring across Windows & Linux environments.
• Configure and maintain endpoint monitoring policies, health checks, and alerts.
• Oversee endpoint inventory management and asset tracking.
• Ensure endpoint compliance and operational readiness.
Patch Management
• Design and manage enterprise patching strategies.
• Configure patch approval workflows and deployment schedules.
• Monitor patch compliance and remediation effectiveness.
• Generate reports on patch status, vulnerabilities, and compliance metrics.
• Troubleshoot patch deployment failures and endpoint issues.
Software Deployment & Automation
• Create and maintain software deployment packages.
• Develop automated deployment workflows and remediation scripts.
• Automate routine operational tasks to improve efficiency and consistency.
Security & Compliance
• Integrate NinjaOne with endpoint security and vulnerability managemen t solutions.
• Support security compliance initiatives and audit requirements.
• Develop monitoring and alerting strategies for security events.
• Ensure alignment with corporate security standards and policies.
Reporting & Analytics
• Develop executive and operational dashboards.
• Create custom reports for all modules
• Analyze trends and recommend improvements.
Generic Managerial Skills:
• Working in large multicultural teams in onsite-offshore Model
