We’re Hiring: Accountant
Full-Time | Fully Remote
Farheap Solutions, Inc.is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our global team.
🌍 Location: Fully remote
🕒 Working hours: Full-time, with some overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST) working hours required.
What You’ll Do
Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are properly documented.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Assist with financial reporting, tax filings, and audit preparation.
Monitor outstanding payments and support cash flow tracking.
Work closely with the Controller and the wider Finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
Help maintain and improve accounting processes.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in an accounting role in a fully remote setting
Good written and spoken English (B2)
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take ownership of responsibilities.
