Job Description
The Senior Clinical Recruiting Sourcer will create and execute advanced clinical candidate sourcing strategies in support of the company's physician recruiting needs. This position serves as a highly experienced individual contributor, using a deep understanding of the business, clinical recruiting landscape, and sourcing best practices to develop, implement, evaluate, and refine targeted sourcing strategies.
The Senior Clinical Recruiting Sourcer will independently manage complex and high-priority sourcing needs, leverage data and market insights to inform strategy, and partner closely with Recruiters and other stakeholders to identify and engage high-quality clinical talent. The position will also contribute to the continued advancement of the sourcing function by identifying new tools, techniques, and best practices and sharing expertise across the team.

Essential Job Functions
Generate high-quality physician and advanced practitioner candidate leads using advanced sourcing strategies, including specialty job boards, database searches, email and text campaigns, social media, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing channels.
Independently develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned markets, including complex, high-priority, or difficult-to-fill clinical positions.
Use market intelligence, candidate data, sourcing analytics, and recruiting trends to identify talent pools and recommend targeted sourcing approaches.
Monitor the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and campaigns through KPI and analytics tracking and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Partner closely with Recruiters and other stakeholders to understand recruiting priorities, market challenges, candidate profiles, and evolving sourcing needs.
Establish and attend regularly scheduled strategy sessions with Recruiters to develop and refine job-specific sourcing strategies.
Develop targeted candidate outreach and messaging that aligns with company brand standards while effectively communicating the value proposition of specific opportunities.
Record all activity in CRM and/or ATS, demonstrating strong technical aptitude and detailed tracking orientation. Enrich databases with information to support current and future talent attraction efforts.
Research, evaluate, and recommend new sourcing tools, techniques, and approaches based on business needs, results, and industry trends.
Identify and share sourcing best practices, market insights, and successful strategies that may benefit the broader sourcing and recruiting teams.
Attend virtual and on-site recruiting events as needed
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Strong sourcing skills for physicians utilizing techniques such as advanced Boolean searches and use of sources such as PracticeLink, PracticeMatch, DocCafe, LinkedIn, etc.
Strong Social Media skills, including utilizing and actively participating in Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram, etc. to generate leads
Effective written and verbal communication with strong storytelling skills
Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems required
Strong experience with CRMs and building automated email campaigns required, with tools such as HubSpot, Bullhorn Automation, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience partnering effectively with Recruiters (and/or other internal stakeholders/clients)
Excellent strategic planning and ability to influence others to agreement and action using logic, data, and relationship-building skills
Data-driven and strong analytical thinking mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
Self-motivated willingness and eagerness to be creative
Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in recruiting or candidate sourcing is required
At least 3 years of experience operating in a clinical industry supporting physician talent attraction is required

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 15 pounds
Requires having close visual acuity to perform the job
