Role Description
The Finance & Revenue Operations role is a full-time role, with the flexibility to work remotely (U.S. or Canada) or out of our San Francisco office. We also have a concentration of team members in Seattle, NYC, Denver, Boston, and Austin.
What you'd own: AR, invoicing, and collections on overdue accounts; contract process management; DDQ and compliance — tracking, drafting, and chasing due diligence questionnaires from institutional clients (hedge funds, asset managers, banks, utilities) through to sign-off; and our billing inbox — vendor onboarding portals, payment triage, wire verification.

Financial analytics — turning our CRM data into real pipeline, close-rate, and forecasting numbers we can actually trust, and supporting our leadership directly with financial modeling and reporting
Broader financial ops — bookkeeping-adjacent work like accounts payable, as our finance function builds out.
Whether you are 2 years out of school or a more seasoned manager, we are open to various levels of experience for this role as we are a rapidly growing team.
Qualifications
2+ years in AR/billing ops, revenue ops, contract administration, corporate finance, or accounting — Big Four, banking, and B2B SaaS backgrounds all welcome
Strong Excel/analytics capabilities — comfortable being the person who builds the model, not just runs the report
Strong written communication — you'll be emailing finance and legal contacts at counterparties directly
Good judgment and follow-through — you can learn a system and know when something needs to be elevated
Comfortable owning a process end to end
Compensation & Benefits: $90,000-$140,000, flexible dependent on level of experience and the scope of your role. Role also offers equity, full healthcare, 401(k), and unlimited PTO.
