Job Description
This position will primarily work remotely with occasional in person. Excellent communication, organizational, computer, and telephone skills.
Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling patient appointments for multiple clinics is required.
Courteously receiving incoming telephone calls/instant messaging and taking messages as needed. Assists in managing provider and clinic scheduling templates.
Maintains and initiates faxes and other means of electronic communications and forms.
Routes all incoming calls.
Qualifications
Ability to type and work within computer scheduling platforms.
Excellent telephone and instant messaging etiquette. EPIC experience preferred.
Proficient use of EMR, including proper documentation, understanding and utilization of. Ensures efficient telephone communication.
