🚀 We’re Hiring | VoIP / SIP Engineer | Latin America | Remote🌎
Are you an engineer passionate about VoIP, SIP, networking, software, and real-time communications?
We’re looking for a highly motivated VoIP / SIP Engineer to help build and evolve next-generation real-time communication services in a highly collaborative and innovative environment.
📍 Location: Latin America
🏠 Work Model: Remote
🗣️ Languages: Spanish + English C1 required
🔧 What you’ll be doing
• Develop and architect real-time communication services
• Build and maintain telephony applications using open-source and commercial platforms
• Work with SIP services and VoIP technologies
• Collaborate closely with Operations and cross-functional teams
• Contribute to the design and evolution of next-generation communications platforms
💻 What we’re looking for
✅ 3+ years of engineering experience with VoIP/SIP applications
✅ 2+ years of hands-on experience creating SIP services with Asterisk / FreeSWITCH and OpenSIPS / Kamailio
✅ Strong networking, software, and telecommunications background
✅ Experience with Python is a strong plus
✅ Experience or interest in SQL, cloud environments, messaging/event-driven systems, Docker, and Kubernetes
✅ Familiarity with DevSecOps and tools such as Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, Consul, and AWX is a plus
✅ Experience with Cloudflare and infrastructure automation is a plus
🗣️ C1 English + Spanish required
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
