Director of Product, Subscriber Value

This is a director-level individual contributor role responsible for shaping the strategy that delivers meaningful value to subscribers while accelerating subscription growth.
You will own membership portfolio architecture, pricing, packaging, freemium features, and premium partner offerings across a large-scale consumer product.
The role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution across engineering, design, analytics, machine learning, finance, and business development.
You will identify opportunities to increase subscriber satisfaction, revenue per membership, and the long-term value of paid memberships.
You will lead experimentation and use data, AI, and rapid validation to turn customer insights into measurable product outcomes.
As a senior product leader, you will influence executive-level decisions and establish the direction for one of the organization’s highest-leverage product areas.
This is an AI-native environment where modern tooling is embedded into research, analysis, prototyping, financial modeling, experimentation, and product delivery.
