Role Description The Executive Assistant to Doctor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Ashok Nagar, Delhi. This role supports a doctor with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and coordinating patient or stakeholder communications. The Executive Assistant prepares and maintains records, handles expense reports, and ensures timely follow-up on tasks and correspondence. Responsibilities also include drafting emails, organizing documents, coordinating travel or logistics, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. The role requires close collaboration with the doctor and other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient use of the doctor’s time.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills to manage schedules, meetings, and priorities effectively.
Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance and Expense Reports skills to handle documentation, record-keeping, and basic financial reporting accurately.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, professional email etiquette, and the ability to interact with patients and stakeholders respectfully.
Relevant experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or administrative coordinator, preferably in a healthcare or non-profit setting.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and professionalism in managing confidential information.
Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, calendar applications).
Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration, management, or a related field.
