Position: Litigation Associate Attorney
Type: Contract
Compensation: $140 - $400/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and provide feedback on complex litigation and transactional documents.
Draft sample agreements and legal clauses for M&A and private equity deals.
Evaluate legal scenarios to inform AI model development in data privacy and cross-border transactions.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy in simulated legal tasks.
Contribute to the development of legal frameworks and decision rubrics.
Participate in feedback cycles to refine training data for legal precision.
Requirements
JD from a US law school and active bar admission in good standing.
Experience at an AmLaw 100 or similarly prestigious law firm.
Expertise in M&A, private equity, capital markets, contract drafting, and data privacy.
Excellent written communication skills for articulating sophisticated legal reasoning.
Proven track record of successful remote collaboration and multidisciplinary teamwork.
