THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're hiring a Product Manager for NGEN's Engineering and Product team. You'll own the day-to-day execution of our liquid cooling product lines and working directly alongside our cooling product lead as the line scales to meet AI and HPC data center demand.

YOUR MISSION:
Own day-to-day execution for liquid cooling product lines, including RFQ development, documentation, and supplier analysis
Manage OEM supplier relationships and technical evaluation, covering spec compliance, cost negotiation, and quality accountability
Build and deliver RFQ packages and multi-option quote proposals for liquid cooling opportunities
Support product roadmap development and evaluation of new products that expand NGEN's cooling offer
Coordinate on NPI process execution and stage-gate progression for assigned cooling products
Engage with engineering, supply chain, and compliance teams to keep products moving through development and certification
Represent NGEN in OEM and occasional customer discussions during RFQ and spec alignment
YOU'LL WIN US OVER WITH THIS KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated technical depth in the relevant product domains
You bring 3-8 years of experience in product management, product engineering, applications engineering, or OEM/supplier management
Direct experience with liquid cooling systems for data centers - you can read specs and engage engineering SMEs without needing an introduction to the product
Hardware/physical product NPI experience - long lead times, physical validation, and certification cycles are familiar territory
Supplier and OEM management experience for cooling systems
WHO YOU ARE:
You know liquid cooling products well enough that you can own the work without needing to be taught what you are looking at
You are comfortable doing the hands-on execution work
You are self-directed and can set your own pace while staying aligned with the team
You are curious about how AI and HPC infrastructure is reshaping liquid cooling requirements and want to be close to that shift as it happens
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
• U.S. base salary: Level 3 Product Manager $135,000 - $165,000 USD or Level 2 Product Manager: $120,000 - $155,000
• The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills
• Annual bonus of up to 25% of your base salary, based on performance
• 401k or RRSP match of up to 5% of your base salary

• This is a permanent, full-time position and a fully remote role with some travel required
