As an Onboarding & Operations Intern at Swish, you'll help onboard merchants onto our platform and make sure they go live smoothly.
You'll work with merchants and internal teams to collect information, coordinate integrations, follow up on pending tasks, and solve onboarding issues.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be expected to take ownership and drive things to closure, rather than just maintain trackers.
What You'll Do
Coordinate with merchants and partners during the onboarding process.
Collect and verify information needed for onboarding and integrations.
Track multiple onboardings and follow up on pending tasks.
Help merchants understand and set up Swish's products.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Operations and other teams to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate data, trackers and documentation.
Identify bottlenecks and help improve the onboarding process.
What We're Looking For
0–1 years of experience; freshers and final-year students are welcome.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel.
Good at organising multiple tasks and keeping track of details.
Someone who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be reminded.
Curious, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
